The purpose of the award is to demonstrate organization’s social responsibility activities to public and encourage other organizations to protect nature, rehabilitation, reduce pollution and create better working environment for their employees.

Contenders have to fill out “Organization with higher social responsibility” application along with required materials, reports and evidences. Before submitting, contenders have to run a discussion among their employees or board members to finalize the application.

Organization will be selected by following criteria; works that support pollution reduction actions and trainings, rehabilitation, usage of renewable energy, provide equal working opportunity to both sexes and corporate governance, which provide trust and fairness.

The winners receive “Organization with higher social responsibility” trophy and certificate.

Organization of management excellence

The purpose of the award is to demonstrate organizations that applied management’s new achievements into their operation and level of contribution to the development of the country.

Contenders have to fill out “Organization of management excellence” application along with required materials, reports and evidences. Before submitting, contenders have to run a discussion among their employees or board members to finalize the application.

Winners will be selected by following nine criteria: Sustainable strategy, performance leadership, human resource management, financial management, organizational capability, knowledge management, information technology usage, foreign relationship, improvement of product, service and auditing.

The winners will receive “Organization of management excellence” trophy and certificate.

Top manager, CEO

Top manager, CEO award is an honor given annually to the managers and executives who showed leadership and leads his/her organization or department to success and made substantial contribution to the development of the country.

In this award, CEOs, executives and managers who received trust and respect from the community and coworkers for leading his or her company, industry and department will be eligible.
