Our slogan is:\n\n\u201cSound Policy AND BEST Management\u201d\n\nGeneral\n\nMongolian Management Association was established in March 1991. The Association is a professional Non-government organization (NGO) with the purpose to develop modern management thinking based on talents and best practices of individuals and organizations, those who work in the fields of development, training and research, public and business administration.<\/p>

MISSION<\/strong>
The mission of the Association is to support the development of modern management theory and implementation of its best practices in the country and serve as a key institution that contributes to the preparation of new generations of professional managers, and improvement of their managerial skills.<\/p>

Main objectives:<\/strong><\/p>

  1. To establish close cooperation and relationship with international and foreign institutions with identical objectives and trends<\/span><\/li>
  2. To conduct thorough research and study on the unique traditions of the statehood of Mongols, and their living environment and to introduce results of such research to the public<\/span><\/li>
  3. To commission research and study on the global management innovation and experiences of other nations, and effectively implement world\u2019s management Excellencies in the country in the context of its uniqueness and specifics.<\/span><\/li>
  4. To organize short and long term management training conduct research, disseminate management information and convey consulting activities to both the individual and group (organization) members of the Association<\/span><\/li>
  5. To develop research based evaluations and policy recommendations regarding critical issues of governance of the Mongolian society, including roles and obligations of the members of the Association in various sector<\/span><\/li>
  6.
