<\/a>In the framework of celebrating 20th<\/sup> anniversary of the development of modern management thinking in Mongolia, Tserendorj.D, Professor and President of Mongolian Management Association published his book \u201cWorld management and Mongolian thoughts to oversee\u201d. Lunching ceremony of the book took place on 5th<\/sup> of November 2011 at Mongolian State Academic Theatre of Opera & Ballet.<\/p>\nThe book was written by the author based on his personal experience over the last 40 years working in the institutions as a lecturer, senior researcher and key political and governmental officer.<\/p>\n
Below is the translation of foreword, written by professor Dorj.T, vice president of Mongolian Academy of Science and professor Shuurav.Ya state merited teacher of Mongolia.<\/p>\n
Since 1990\u2019s Management theories and proficiency have been emerged as a new trends in Mongolia. This development matches in all aspects of country\u2019s social and economical changes and it has positively contributed to national economic growth.<\/p>\n
In short time, our professionals, scholars, researchers have written a number of books and organized discussions and debates on management issues. As result of this public and business, organization\u2019s operational and management practices significantly improved.<\/p>\n
In light of the above mentioned we are very delighted that Professor Tserendorj.D, co-founder of modern management\u2019s theory and methodology in Mongolia, published his work under the unique and attractive name: \u201cWorld management and Mongolian thoughts to oversee\u201d.<\/p>\n
Tserendorj.D has worked at all level of academic and research institutions and many of his graduate students have become country\u2019s leading governmental officers, researchers, academicians, distinguished business performers and successfully working not only in Mongolia, but also in international level. Professor Tserendorj.D has worked not only in education sector, he was appointed for some years ago as high ranking political and government figure, namely vice minister for Culture.<\/p>\n
We note that the book \u201cWorld management and Mongolian thoughts to oversee\u201d is increasingly different from many previous books not only by the content, but also in wording and writing style. For instance, when author examined issues on management theory, history and modern trends he used both western methodology, modern approaches and eastern philosophy, history of Great Mongolian Empire, Chiggis khan\u2019s leadership legacy.<\/p>\n
The book can serve as indispensable source of knowledge for all who are interested in modern management theory and business practice, such as university lecturers, students, post-graduates, businessperson, government employees and anyone else who works in the field of management.
